@Valeria You’re welcome! Hot avocado and mayonaise doesn’t usually turn out well, especially in your hair. BUT when I use this method, I’ll put a plastic bag/shower cap over my head and then wrap my head up tight with a scarf and clean the house for a couple of hours. My own body heat seems to do the trick. Thanks for commenting!

I can’t wait to try this recipe when I get back home (to The Bahamas)!! I refuse to do it here (I’m in Canada), where I’ll have to buy the avocado, when I can pick it off the tree in my backyard haha…. This recipe will be practically free for me

YES! My hubby is vegan and I was out of regular mayo once and used Canola Mayo from Whole Foods. (It’s vegan) And it worked just fine.

Do you know if it would work with vegan mayo alternatives at all? Not that my partner wouldn’t totally flip if I used it on my hair lol.
